Jameela Fullwood

Owner/Teacher

Jameela’s passion in education stems from helping children achieve their “light bulb moment” as well as witnessing their increase in confidence. She studied Elementary Education at Florida Atlantic University and has over 13 years of classroom experience ranging from early childhood, elementary, middle, Montessori, private and public.

She is a K-6 Florida State Certified teacher with a Reading and ESOL Endorsement. Some of her other experiences include, reading intervention specialist, tutoring and curriculum building. Jameela’s aim is to help students become high achieving independent learners so she founded Peak Learning LLC.

Kenneth Fullwood

Coach/Trainer

Coach Ken has spent his entire life in South Florida. He studied Sport and Recreation Management at Nova Southeastern University’s Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He proceeded to work for various youth organizations and schools in the South Florida community. Kenneth has over 16 years of experience coaching basketball from recreational leagues to NCAA.

He was an Assistant Coach for Nova Southeastern's women basketball team. Some of his other coaching experience include the Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, Swish Hoops, Special Olympics and Dwyane Wade's Basketball Camp. He also taught Physical Education for 7 years from ages pre-k to high school. Kenneth is excited to use his experience in sports education to deliver a comprehensive basketball program at Peak Hoops.

Coach Ken is a licensed and insured Youth Development Coach under USA Basketball.
